Welcome to Fagerhaug International School

Fagerhaug International School is a fast-growing school in Stjørdal. It opened its doors in August 2013, becoming the first international school in North Trondelag. For the 2025/2026 school year there are 135 students with full capacity being 150 students.

Admission policies

Fagerhaug International school follows an admission policy (based on section 1-3 in accordance with the Private School Act, and the regulations set by the school board).

SFO

SFO - after school childcare is a fantastic place for play and a developing child to build friendships and create memories.

School fees

According to the Private School Act, the school can have fees that are equal to or less than 15% of the cost of a school placement.

Fagerhaug is a starting point for being prepared for life

Joe Klumper was born and raised in Minnesota, USA. He was exposed to Norwegian culture already growing up, as the people in Minnesota have a lot of Norwegian blood in the years since the great emigration in the second half of the 19th century.
